Whether you are receiving a 60-minute or a 2-hour session, every massage is completely customized. Your session includes a personal consultation to determine your needs, followed by a tailored treatment plan. A combination of techniques—such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, or trigger point therapy—will focus on specific areas of your body to alleviate pain, reduce muscle tension, and promote overall relaxation and well-being.

*Prenatal Massage

A prenatal massage is a specialized therapeutic massage designed to address the discomforts of pregnancy. It uses gentle, rhythmic Swedish massage techniques to help ease backaches, reduce swelling, and relieve muscle tension in your hips, legs, and neck.

*Note for High-Risk Pregnancies: If your pregnancy is considered high-risk (due to factors such as age, diabetes, or high blood pressure...), please inform us when scheduling your appointment. You must also bring a signed medical release for treatment to your session.

Cancellation & Booking Policy

Card Required: A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

24-Hour Notice: You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment.

Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made within 2 hours before your scheduled time will incur a 50% fee

No-Shows: Failure to arrive without notice (no-call/no-show) will incur a 100% fee.
